Where you are at, now, at this moment, is based on the choices you have made. It may not be what you want, it may not be what you expected, however it may be more than you had participated – whatever it may be.
As I reflect back on last year, proudly and with sense of fulfillment, there is no doubt that it was one of the deepest, and most challenging year of my life. It feels like with each year, I learn more and grow wiser. My previous year felt like a year of expansion and exploration. I definitely feel more comfortable with uncertainty than ever before. And as the Mr. positive, I am excited to this year regardless of any situation. . . Here is what I brought with me:
1- Happiness is a journey and not a destination. I think what we fail to see and what we miss day in and day out during times of struggle, is that we don’t need to be everything all at once. What we need to be is true to ourselves, right there, in that very moment, and enjoy every single bit of it.
2- One of my gifts is patience. I’ve learned how to be an observer and practice being patient; Keep calm, everything comes to you at the right time.
3- I set myself to be innovative and resourceful. Life is full of surprises and uncertainties; without proper planning, great intention and commitment, you can’t succeed regardless your resources. No excuses.

4- Never give-up, always have faith and keep on working and developing yourself. Dream high and go through big challenges; we are all equal and there is abundance for everyone, however, great things happen only for people with great desires and willingness to act.
5- I’ve discovered my-true self; my paradigm, my core values and inner DNA. I’ve learned how to empower me and how to take proper decisions based on that.
6- Travel and leisure is part of the process. As the saying goes, “The world is like a book, and those who do not travel read only a page.”
7- And if you can’t travel, read Books; “That’s the thing about books. They let you travel without moving your feet” – Jhumpa Lahiri
8- Others’ opinion is not your business. You should not let others with their opinions and philosophy affect what you do in life.

9- Connecting to the nature and enhancing your well-being is vital.
10- A “Perfect Marriage” is just two imperfect people who refuse to give up on each other.

Don’t wait, hoping and expecting that next year might get better. Create a better one.
